As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, pet-loving individual to join our team and build a long-term career with us. This role combines administration, invoicing, and sales support. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and share our love for animals, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal documentation, orders, contracts, and organize records and databases.
  • Issue invoices, monitor accounts receivable and payments, and handle purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and quote preparation.
  • Manage export/import documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and distribution partners; coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
  • Assist with reports, office tasks, and coordination across our international branches.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); good in Czech; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish) are a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in administration, invoicing, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of export/transport documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A genuine love for pets and the pet industry is a must!
  • A desire for a stable, long-term commitment and professional growth.
